Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Arihant International Academy, we strive to provide transparent and student-friendly policies. The following Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all online payments made through our website or associated payment gateway(s).

1. Fee Structure and Payment

  • All fees once paid through the payment gateway shall be considered final.

  • Fee payments include, but are not limited to, tuition fees, admission fees, examination fees, and any other applicable charges as declared by the institution.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of admission is subject to the rules and regulations of Arihant International Academy.

  • Students/Parents wishing to cancel admission must inform the administration in writing via email or an official application submitted to the office.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be made only under the following circumstances:

  • Admission Cancellation Before Commencement of Academic Session: If admission is canceled before the start of the academic session, the fee may be refunded after deducting applicable processing charges or administrative fees.

  • Admission Cancellation After Session Starts: No refund shall be made once the academic session has started unless stated otherwise in specific cases approved by the management.

  • Duplicate Payment: In case of multiple/double payment due to technical error, the extra amount will be refunded after verification within 10–15 working days.

  • Failed Transactions: If a payment fails and the amount is deducted from the payer’s bank account, it will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway provider to the same account within 5–7 working days.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Registration/Admission form fees are non-refundable.

  • Fees paid for study materials, uniforms, or any third-party services are non-refundable once issued or availed.

5. Processing of Refunds

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the same payment method used during the transaction.

  • No cash or cheque refunds will be entertained.
